Your own inner guru
I believe there is a part of you deep within that can be accessed when you want to find the answer to everything. The part of you that you can turn to to find answers big or small.
Often the dust gathers over this part of you as you go about your daily lives, washing the dishes, dropping the kids off to school, hurrying your assignments, making deals and doing all the mundane things.
But when you allow the quiet and the silence to enter you will then be able to find the wisdom and the truth of your being, the part of you that is timeless, expansive, and waiting for you to polish into a beckoning light to lead you to your purpose.
This part of you is like your own inner guru, life coach, therapist, best friend, and cheerleader. So rather than spending our lives searching for an external teacher, we can learn to discover that the teacher is inside us all along.
Once we realise we are all that we seek you can recognize love, light, wisdom, happiness wherever you look, instead of waiting for others to give you permission to be whole.
Your inner guru is just waiting for you to them in, you just need to allow your soul to remember it. Just like that feeling of being present when we experience moments of “ohh, this feels right”, “this feels familiar”, “this is so me”; it’s almost as though you have been here before or have seen this exact moment planned out before. This is a sign your inner guru is giving you clues to help you remember your calling.
Sometimes, during a past-life regression session or QHHT, my clients share with me their memories of receiving their personal mission for this life or other lifetimes, and the advice to follow the clues our inner guru/ soul give us to work towards these missions.
But you cannot hear the guidance of your soul if you don’t give yourself the time to listen to them, and show up to a practice of mindful communication. You don’t need hundreds of different spiritual routines, you don’t even need 10 different types to hear your inner guru, you only need one. One that you show up for every day without fail. This could be meditation, prayer, mindful tea drinking.
